Meet Spazz! This cute little Chihuahua joined CARE in early 2017 when she was in unfortunate critical condition. She had not eaten in 2 days, was vomiting and having diarrhea. She was so ill she was unable to stand, had a very low blood glucose and body temp. The ultimate cause of her illness was Parvo virus. Her prognosis was guarded to poor since she was in such bad shape. Remarkably, Spazz responded well to treatment intensive medical treatment with IV fluids, medications, and close monitoring. Spazz has completed her Parvo quarantine, started her puppy vaccine series, is spay and microchipped. Now she needs a loving home to take her in and look after her for the rest of her life.
