On August 28th, a black and white female DSH kitten (est. to be 1 month old, DOB 7-28-18) was brought to Northwood. She was found on Hwy 20 near Sandstone Ranch. She was too young to be away from her mother. She suffered from diarrhea and an eye infection. We named her Skunk. Skunk was hand raised in the hospital and treated for her illnesses. She has done well. Ten middle school students from Fairview, part of the FSU School of Medicine Sstride program witnessed Skunk’s spay. She is now ready for a forever
home.
