July 25th a kitten, estimated to be about 6 weeks old (DOB 6-7-18) was found on Capital Circle near THA. He is a brown tabby male. He was too young to go to the shelter so he was admitted into CARE. We named Lee. Lee is just now big enough to be neutered. He is advancing through his kitten vaccines.
