King Waffle and his siblings (Queen Crepe and Princess Pancake) joined CARE at Northwood Animal Hospital in mid-October 2017. They were all suffering from severe upper respiratory infections. Unfortunately, King Waffle’s eye infection was so severe that it caused his eyeball to rupture. Therefore, he received an enucleation as part of his initial treatment. Even with just one eye, King Waffle is still a spunky, active little kitten! He can run, jump, play, and snuggle just like other kittens.
