On August 15, 2015 a stray black and white male kitten was brought to Northwood after being found on Miranda Ave and Domingo Rd. near San Luis Park. He was infested with fleas and suffered from terrible eye infections. His name is Itachi. Itachi’s corneas are pretty badly scarred, and he has limited vision, especially in his right eye. However, he is not in pain. He will need to have a special home where he is never allowed outside to keep him protected for predators.
