Amore (1) Amore (2) Amore (3)

This little guy is hard to photograph because he always wants to be close to you!  He has truly earned the name Amore – its rare that he is not purring and head-butting for affection!  Amore was found as a stray near the FSU stadium with he was just a few days old.  He and his siblings were actually fostered by a poodle who was nursing a litter of her owner puppies.  This momma dog willingly took the young kittens and nursed them with her pups. Once the kittens were old enough to eat on their own, they returned to Northwood for their vaccinations and routine care. Amore is FeLV/FIV negative, have started on his dewormings and kitten vaccines, neutered and are ready for a new home. So far he has been great at using the litter box and interacts well with dogs & gentle humans of all ages.
