Meet Rumple! This little guy is a 3 year old male poodle that has quite the personality and loves to be with people! He was taken in to the CARE program after having presented at The Animal Hospital and Pet Resort at Southwood in extremely poor health. He was severely underweight and dehydrated, covered in fleas, and had bleeding gastric ulcers. He was cared for and treated at The Animal Hospital and Pet Resort at Southwood initially and transferred to Northwood Animal Hospital for continued overnight care due to his critical condition. He was nursed back to health over several days and his bleeding ulcers were successfully treated and fully resolved. His appetite and fun loving personality have returned and now that he has been calorically enhanced, he has regained much of his weight, up to a whopping 3.4 pounds!
