August 6th a young kitten estimated to be 8 weeks old was brought to Northwood. She had been found by a Good Samaritan on Tomahock Rd near Santa Rosa Beach. Since this kitten is out of county, the local shelter could not accept her (they can’t use county funds for out-of county pets) so we put her in CARE. She is a Black DSH with a DOB of 6-7-18, named Abby. Abby was transferred to Southwood 8-24-18. Abby is currently residing at Southwood Animal Hospital.
