Scooter is a sweet petite, all-black, approximately 2 year old cat. She had severe bilateral patellar luxation (her kneecaps were dislocated), so she required several orthopedic surgeries while in the CARE program at Northwood Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, the malformations did not heal with orthopedic surgery so Scooter’s back left was amputated in November. She is getting along well with three legs and is happier than ever!
