Scout found CARE at Northwood Animal Hospital after suffering a fracture of both his radius and ulna (the two bones connecting his elbow and wrist). Dr. Cavell repaired the fracture using a bone plate about 1 month ago. Since then, Scout has been doing well! His right leg healed with a deformity at the wrist, which may be a life-long condition for him, but don’t tell Scout! This little guy is too busy chasing the ball and asking for snuggles to worry about a slightly crooked leg. If you or anyone you know would like to adopt Scout or help us help more animals like him, please fill out an adoption application or come by Northwood Animal Hospital to visit him (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm)
* Please note: the minimum adoption donation for Scout is $300 to help defray the cost of his treatment.
