Name: Roxy
Species: Canine / Pitbull
Estimated Birthday: 10/18/2014
Gender: Female / Spayed
This sweet puppy found CARE after being hit by a car on January 18th. When she arrived at Northwood Animal Hospital, she was having difficulty breathing and was unable to use one of her back left leg fully. X-rays revealed pulmonary contusions (bruises within the lungs) and a fracture of her left tibia (shin bone). Roxy’s lungs improved dramatically with oxygen therapy and her bone has healed after being placed in a cast. Today, Roxy is a happy bouncy puppy! She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations (though not yet done with her puppy series), and ready to meet her forever family!
